HEY
Bad news guys. You see, given that our main acting troupe are not professionals (no one really is at Hybrid5, actually), we’ve run into some production snags while trying to film The Philadelphia Experiment. We’ve lost actors, lost characters, lost whole scenes thanks to a camera malfunction (Becca: wtf Panasonic. Canon all the way!)… basically, we’re WAY behind schedule.
But have no fear. We weren’t expecting ourselves to have this done in record timing. We’re still moving ahead, despite the fact we’re now in need of two actors. Becca is editing the entire script to make it more feasible to complete and hey, even the problems we were going to have with some of our members going off to college have been averted (thank you Kelly, for coming home so often!). TPE will be produced slower and later than expected, BUT WE ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. IT WILL COME EVENTUALLY.
Good news? TPE will not only function much better with all these changes (less work, less people to film, a logical plot, etc.), we feel that you will enjoy the finished product more if we take our times. We are not working week to week or by a real schedule. We do this for fun and fun alone. We hope you all understand this.
In any matter, filming is still underway. We can’t offer any estimated release dates, but we’re hoping by the time winter rolls around, things will be ready to roll out to the public. Until that time, we hope everyone can be patient! (’cause no matter how long this takes to get out, its going to be awesome!!
)
See you all post-production.
Peace,
Hybrid5
