Jack Osterberg/Clockworks, the cunning but sociopathic novelist who has dark plans for himself and the world. Dark plans. He is played by Chris.	Ryan "Rai" Landon/Surge, the childhood friend of Ava's who only wants to use his powers for selfish reasons, as played by [???].	Alex Adams/Kamekazi, the suicidal young woman who teams up with Jack in order to find a way to kill herself, as played by Vickie.
Professor Giggles, the clearly insane newcomer to Philadelphia who is the type of villain who put your cat in the tree, as played by Ed (Oh, yes, he reprised his role. Hell yeah.).

Jason Duncan, the mysterious and mute young man who seems involved...in everything. He is played by Buzzy.

Agent Smith, the serious secret agent with a stalker-ish specialty, as played by Bill.
